Tigran is responsible for NEPCon's Quality Management System, ensuring that all our activities are in line with our own policies and with any system accreditation requirements.
Based in Estonia, Tigran leads our work to develop and maintain our ambitious quality programme. The main work tasks are maintenance of the Quality Management System, conformance with all relevant accreditation requirements.
He also manages external service related and accreditation audits, coordinates and executes our internal quality audits and auditor witness audits, and provides regular reports to NEPCon's management on compliance issues.
Tigran assumed the role of Quality Manager in 2011. He joined NEPCon's Russian office in 2006, conducting FSC audits and providing regional development in the European part of Russia. He has also provided training at numerous FSC Expert courses.
Tigran has an educational background within economy and financial auditing.
